The service team members are great as they have been for a long time, but the system seems to have taken a turn for the worse since First Team became Southern Team. The phone system is more complex and get a long time, but the system seems to have taken a turn for the worse since First Team became Southern Team. The phone system is more complex and getting to the right person if difficult. I have not been as happy as I once was with First Team. I would have never bought a Subaru anywhere else but when it comes time to buy my next one, I am going to explore options. I hate to say this and I hope ST will evaluate their processes to make them more customer friendly rather than focusing on what is best for their bottom line. More

Great dealership! They do everything right. From selling you a great car at a fair price to no nonsense service. And they usually have a lot of cars on the lot to choo They do everything right. Setting up an appointment doesn’t equate to a quick turnaround. They try to upsell you on unnecessary services, which I guess is typical of most dealerships. I also wish they had notified me that my navigation needed updating and would expire the day after having vehicle serviced. Overall service and waiting area are very clean and presentable, staff was friendly. More

All of my visits have ran so smoothly and accurate. I can always get appointments when I need them. Just had body work done from an accident out of town.
