When we drove in I saw it parked there and said oh my that's it !! Well it was and she did a truly wonderful job.. She is a KEEPER... I had not met her in person or ever spoken I received a voice mail from Samantha with an opportunity the dealership had I might be interested in. I had not met her in person or ever spoken to her in the past, but had great experiences with the dealership on the RR we ordered from them just a year and a half prior. I returned her call, was interested, and within a month, had a new RR delivered to our summer home 1600 miles north of Ft Myers! She made it very easy! She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and always replied to me quickly. I would highly recommend Samantha and look forward to meeting her in person in the fall when we arrive back down to Ft Myers. I shopped for a new car at three previous Ft Myers Dealerships before I came into the Jaguar/LandRover Dealership. My previous three visits were more of the same "bait and switch" sales philosophy that I had come to know and to dread every time I needed a new vehicle. From the start I encountered nothing but professionalism and clear and honest interactions with everyone concerned. How often can anyone say such thing about buying a car! Seamless Samantha is a total asset to Jaguar. I ordered my vehicle and she informed me every step of the way and was i happy the F Pace arrived 3 weeks early. Samantha is a total asset to Jaguar. I had no idea she would have all my paperwork ready for signatures and even had 90% of most common things programmed in the vehicle before I arrived. She must know the importance of time for people especially on a late Saturday afternoon. This is rare in the car industry to have such a seamless experience.
