Very patient person I made four visits to the dealership after meeting Tom i didnt want to work with anyone else he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased. Vehicle purchase I purchased a vehicle from Jim Ellis Mall of Georgia yesterday 01-26-19. I have looked at many dealerships and can say Jim Ellis will be where I purch I purchased a vehicle from Jim Ellis Mall of Georgia yesterday 01-26-19. I have looked at many dealerships and can say Jim Ellis will be where I purchase any future vehicles. The staff was beyond accommodating. I want to thank Blake, Sami, Javon and Fred for all their help. I've never dealt with a more professional group of individuals. Great Sales Process- Don't care after that Well I was hoping to give this five stars but they went downhill on their post transaction interactions. My experience in the dealership was great. Well I was hoping to give this five stars but they went downhill on their post transaction interactions. My experience in the dealership was great. Sam D. was awesome. My salesperson Nelson was great too. I was very nervous and they were really great to work with. Not pushy or annoying at all. Jasmine in finance- fantastic! Very pleased with my experience and the truck i bought. Then I left the dealership (On NYE) and it went downhill from there. ON my way home, my friend was following me and told me my wheels were wobbling. The next day, someone flashed me to pull over and said my back wheels were about to come off...literally. So no car for me for two days (New years holiday). No car for work on the 2nd. I got it to my mechanic as soon as I could and he told me when they replaced the original wheels, the mechanic failed to take the spacers out- one of the 7 deadly sins in auto repair. Lucky i didn't lose my wheels and kill anyone while driving! The dealership called and paid my mechanic for the repair but no call to me or apology. I then sent an email to the GM to let him know about it- Jason Dowdy- he never responded . Just fwd to his used car manager- who did call and apologize but offered nothing for 2 1/2 days without a car and a bunch of hassle. Said he would call back...never did (Bernie I think). In the days of Chick-fil-A service- this dealership is far from "my pleasure." Really great when you're buying the car- don't expect much after you leave the lot. I wasn't asking for much, but considering they sold me a car with the wheels falling off- you could at least send an email and detail or something? Pretend you care. Again, sales process- great. Management/Post sale- they don't seem to care. IF it weren't for the post sales process, this is a place i'd want to come back to over and over again. More

Fast & Easy - Treated Well - No Games The overall experience was fantastic. Took them another dealer's "best deal/final offer" and they beat it. From initial contact to signed documents The overall experience was fantastic. Took them another dealer's "best deal/final offer" and they beat it. From initial contact to signed documents was less than 4 hours. I spent 90 minutes at the dealership and drove away in my new truck. Perry the Salesman was great. Sami the Sales Manager was great. Dee the Finance Manager was great. Best car buying experience I have had - Fast, Easy, Fair, and free of the "Games" some dealers love to play. More

My review I think y'all could do better on compensation for referrals I know the Maxie price dealership does $250 if your refferal purchases a truck but Jim Ell I think y'all could do better on compensation for referrals I know the Maxie price dealership does $250 if your refferal purchases a truck but Jim Ellis only does 100$ .... Cheating on the sell and no post-sale service I bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna at the end of November. At the time of buying, I found one key missing and no User-Guide. Both the sales person and the I bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna at the end of November. At the time of buying, I found one key missing and no User-Guide. Both the sales person and the sales manager noticed that and promised me to sent another key to me over-night and tried to get one from Toyota dealer and send it to me. However, I did not receive the car-key over a week and I called and left the message. I also email my request but nobody ever replied. Since I post a negative review on line, the sails manager Sam called me and "demand me to remove the negative review". The reason was that I did not call his cell phone directly. It was his promise and if anything happened, he should contact me and do the explanations. He did not and blame and threaten me, the customer instead. On the site after we paid cash, we tried to drive and found a flat tire. The sails person pumped some air and we drove home. Next time we drove the car and found the warning light was on and we went to Toyota of Greenville, after checking, the mechanic told us one tire has nail in it and another tire had problem too. He suggested us to replace 4 new tires. We did. Before selling used cars, dealers should have checked the car and replaced the flat tires. But this dealer did not and even did not tell us about the problem. The sails person told us time and again that the owner only cares about the safety of customers. What if we had flat tire on the highway back home, we might be injured or even die. More
