Service Above and Beyond! I can’t thank the management team of Treasure Coast Lexus enough....my husband and I had just purchased a new 2020 NX F-Sport early in the month and h I can’t thank the management team of Treasure Coast Lexus enough....my husband and I had just purchased a new 2020 NX F-Sport early in the month and had traded in my RX350 as part of the deal. I soon realized that the new NX wasn’t going to work for us for long trips (we’re both in our 70s) so we began the search for a new RX350. With the shut down of production due to the Covid 19 pandemic that turned out to be a real challenge. I was fortunate to be able to work with Sandy Firestone and when he had to leave to deliver a car down south, Howard Kent stepped in to assist. When they finally located one that met my specifications we all were excited...It had to come from another dealership...then it arrived damaged and Anthony Burruano the manager, rejected it. At that point Anthony asked if I would consider a new 350RXL....which is larger and had all the extras. Plus it was Red, I told him I thought it was too big for our garage....but after measuring and rearranging things we thought we could make it work. Anthony gave us a deal that we just couldn’t refuse. Everyone worked very hard to make sure that we were not just satisfied but that we were happy! We’re not just happy we’re ecstatic! More

I used the TrueCar Service and received a better than good offer on the vehicle I wanted. I let the dealership know via email and received notification almost immediately that they were on it. Sandy was awesome as he arranged for delivery over an hour away. He arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated time and spent less than 15 minutes signing paperwork. He showed me quite a few of the bells and explained how to look up the others! All in all, it was a great experience. More

Lexus #4 I’m a repeat Lexus buyer and the 2020 NX300 F-Sport is our newest one. I say “our” newest one, because I’ve recently married and we’ve consolidated ou I’m a repeat Lexus buyer and the 2020 NX300 F-Sport is our newest one. I say “our” newest one, because I’ve recently married and we’ve consolidated our 2 SUV’s into 1. I’ve had a Lexus RX350 since 2009 when I bought my first one from Treasure Coast Lexus. The sales, service and technical support services are simply fantastic. Sandy Firestone is my sales associate for the past two cars and helped us so much in deciding of the new NX for the new car. Rick Russell is our tech support guy and has helped us set everything up in that department. He makes everything seem simple and I know I can come to him with any questions no matter how silly they may seem and he will calmly answer them. The service department has always been great. It’s easy to make an appointment and they’ll happily give you a loaner car or you can wait and enjoy all the fun snacks and free WiFi in the lounge. My husband chose the Lexus brand after driving mine and was happy to trade in his Honda when the time came. Now we’re both Lexus For Life people!! More
