I can see it up front on the personalized video they provide detailing their attention to and work done on my car. Questions? They are happy to talk with you about any issues or concerns you may have. My schedule is for 2;30pm (Saturday, 7/27) but had to meet my daughter in the morning as she's buying a new car. Sasha willingly accommodated me, i'm assuming it's a walk-in, and my car was ready as we'r meet my daughter in the morning as she's buying a new car.
