Scott was super accommodating and incredibly patient answering all of the questions we had about the vehicle and trust me he was not answering questions from a novice my husband is a GM retiree from the plant in Wilmington and traveled extensively to other GM plants during his career so he was knowledgeable about what questions to ask about this purchase. All of our questions were answered and the dealership was incredibly flexible and efficient about working with our insurance company and in providing great financing terms on the vehicle! We feel as though we have entered the dealership and our transaction with Scott as a consumer and left not only as happy customers but also as clients that are building a long term relationship not only with Delaware Cadillac but also with Scott. I found my Cadillac online (I’m from Georgia). Everyone was so helpful arranging for the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. My husband flew up to get my XT6. The car was only missing one thing that I wanted and he told me that I could always order it and add it to the visit and made sure I was comfortable.
