My wife and I came up from Cincinnati to look at a certified X3 at BMW Ft. Wayne. We called to check availability before leaving and Ashley confirmed it was still available. Mike Cramer, Zach and Tyler were great. I really appreciated Mike. We actually stoped by several months ago and talked to him about an X7 v X5 but I wasn't ready to trade in my GLS450 and B I really appreciated Mike. We truly only came in for a test drive and we left with a new car! Mike was very patient with all my questions and indecision. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was very thoughtful and helpful when I explained all the things I wanted/needed and didn't want in a new car. Mike even found a private spot for my Husband to take a call for a work meeting because we were there so long! I would highly recommend Mike and the rest of the Ft Wayne BMW crew to others.
