Dodge this dealership! I found a used car I wanted to test drive. Immediately John (salesman) was strong on pressuring me to make a purchase. Down to when I said I would be I found a used car I wanted to test drive. Immediately John (salesman) was strong on pressuring me to make a purchase. Down to when I said I would be back, "Watch, you'll leave and someone will come buy it," guilt trip. I had my own financing, which they dont really like. They want you to finance through them. What fascinated me about Johns approach, while bringing the vehicle up, the low tire pressure light was on. I worked in the auto industry and understand a vehicle just sitting can lose pressure, but I still do not find a warning light on acceptable to test drive. I can wait a few minutes while you air the tires. John told me not to worry, or pay attention to the lights. Huh? They are put there to pay attention to! I talked to the manager the next morning as I was interested in the vehicle, not the sales tactic. Scott had zero interest in my concern, only the fact that I was still interested in the vehicle. So I was passed to deal with Jim... The only thing we liked about Jim, he knew about the vehicle and its features where John was lost. Jim seemed to have no concern for anything but turning cars/numbers. Prep yourself for someone who smacks their lips when chewing gum. You Will know and cant avoid the annoying sound. Unfortunately, I didnt find out until it was too late and we were out of the dealership on a second test drive. (I wanted to make sure the low tire light didnt come back on. Im trying to be cautious when I know this dealership isnt!) Purchasing a vehicle is a commitment. My experience with South Oak has left me knowing, this is not a dealership that takes the commitment into consideration as they care more about what they will make off you. (This was not my first purchase, nor dealership I dealt with while on my current search or past purchases.) Make sure you know your budget and stick to it before heading to South Oak. Prepare of heavy guilt tactics. If you're passive, take someone with you. They aim to not let you out the door without a purchase! More

Unbelievable I came to just inquire. Amber greeted it was like Iwe knew each other. She listened and researched as I communicated my needs she made recommendations I came to just inquire. What a car! They made this so easy for me. Southoak Dodge went the extra mile for me. As the new 2015 Chrysler 200 has just started to come out, they made sure to get me the exact model with th Southoak Dodge went the extra mile for me. As the new 2015 Chrysler 200 has just started to come out, they made sure to get me the exact model with the specifications that I wanted. I had very specific requirements for color, trim, and options. There was no pressure to look at a model that didn't fit my specifications. The price on the 200 that I purchased was lower than any other dealership was able to offer me. I also got a very fair value on my trade in. As I work late, and wasn't able to get to the dealership prior to 8:30pm, they had several employees stay after closing time to wrap up the deal. Scott Chenoweth was even able to get a lot of information from me over the phone so that when I showed up to purchase the vehicle everything was taken care of very quickly! Mark Hester and the finance team were able to get me a great rate and walked me through several different payment options. To top off the great buying experience, the new 2015 Chrysler 200 is an amazing vehicle and I am very happy with my purchase. More
