This place sucks. Bring back Huggins. Called 2 weeks ago for service on my car, spent 10-15 min on hold. No one could talk to me, so I was told they would call me back Bring back Huggins. Called 2 weeks ago for service on my car, spent 10-15 min on hold. No one could talk to me, so I was told they would call me back. 2 weeks later and nothing. Haven’t heard from anyone. I set an appointment at Grapevine Honda. I’ll drive farther for good customer service. Am almost ready to trade my car in, and will be buying at Grapevine Honda. Suck it Norm Reeves! More
