I've been with Smythe Volvo for over twenty five years. One of the best things about working here is being surrounded with a good bunch of co-workers. My favorite Volvo model is the XC60. I have a large family so the XC60 works great for me because of it's size, safety and reliability. When I'm not here at Smythe Volvo, I enjoy cooking as well as spending time with my wife and five children.

25 years with Smythe Volvo Since 1990 Volvo has serviced all the vehicle needs of our Family. The quality of these cars and the service provided by the Smythe team is proven by the fact that two of our wagons broke the 250,000 mile mark before being replaced. Two wagons that I used ferrying around our sons ended up being their first cars. All but two wagons were purchased new and exceeded expectations. The two used vehicles were prior Smythe sold and serviced cars and exceeded expectations as well. Smythe Volvo is a great family dealership that has taken care of our family's vehicle and service needs. I recommend them most highly without reservation. More

Smythe Volvo has been my car dealer since 1978. The service department is a major factor for my loyalty. All the people I have had experience with have been considerate, friendly, and competent..I feel service department is a major factor for my loyalty. All the people I have had experience with have been considerate, friendly, and competent..I feel that the money i have spent on servicing my car has been worth the cost. My 2004' S 80 has 124,000 miles and rides very well for the age of the car. My last contact was a short time ago when I was concerned about a possible transmission problem. Service Manager Nick Pavano handled my problem and concern tactfully and assured me that my concern was not an issue of any magnitude. What a relief !!! Thanks Mr. Pavano and Smythe service. More

Recently purchased a new car from Smythe Volvo. Everyone on the sales staff was attentive to my needs and they all worked together well. Pricing was very fair and the service outstanding. I am very particular when buying a car and my questions were always answered with understanding and a positive attitude. The dealership on a whole was a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I did consider other vehicles while searching for a new car, however the excellent treatment at Smythe Volvo along with a quality product is ultimately what made my decision. More

Sales folks willing to spend time with me: answering questions, reviewing cars available, test drives - no pressure, and they are readily available to answer questions by phone. Service: Courteous, polite, knowledgeable, they explain why actions were taken; they are very efficient at getting me in and out - and the loaner policy is outstanding. Also, I've on occasion dropped of a car *without* an appointment, due to some unexpected issue -- they are *very* accommodating here -- in most cases I got the car back the same day, and in worst case, no more than two or three days. For scheduled service appointments, car is ready when promised, if not sooner; and when I drop off the car, and haven't asked for a loaner, they always ask if I need a ride back home. Overall Volvos have been very reliable for us (driving them exclusively since 1987) - but more than that, it's Smythe that keep us coming back to the brand More

Smythe Volvo is very professional and customer friendly place. They do high quality work. Unlike other places in the area, Service managers at Smythe are very knowledgeable about Volvos, they always lis place. They do high quality work. Unlike other places in the area, Service managers at Smythe are very knowledgeable about Volvos, they always listen to the customer and take a great effort to explain what the problem resolution is going to be, which parts are to be replaced, prices, etc. I've got excellent technical advice here, and when I used to have older Volvo, that I worked on myself sometimes, Smythe Volvo was the place I would go for parts, and Greg and Scott are always helpful with advice. The Service department, as usual, were able to provide excellent and timely service at a reasonable cost. Tony Plesh found a creative way to solve a key battery replacement issue. Great dealership. No pressure, no hassles. Have rolled 9 new cars in about 12 years & will pickup number 10 in a few weeks. Obviously I have good reasons to keep going back.
