I live in the Hudson Valley and traveled down to Smythe. when I arrived the sales manager, Phil was ready for me and had assigned a sales rep to me. The car had been prepped and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Kyle Jackson was my amazing rep. I spent over 5 hours at the dealership. they helped me get my insurance set up, worked with Hudson Valley FCU to get my loan set up, drove me to the sister credit union to get the certified check, and then walked me through all the paperwork. They helped me return my rental car, and I was on my way home with my new to me car. All that effort for a 2016 vehicle.Great professionals, cannot recommend them more highly. plus the lounge is super comfy with generous types of snacks around. Fantastic experience! More
