After speaking with Scott Jensen on the phone I could tell immediately this dealership was different than others. Scott was honest, considerate and walked me through how to trade in my current lease for a new one. There was no haggling, gotchas, or unexpected surprises. Other dealers tried to lowball me offers or try sales tactics to bait and switch me. Wilde East Towne Honda was the exact opposite. They were honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I drove an hour and a half to go see them and it was well worth it. I look forward to dealing with Scott Jensen and kenn Ogunsola again. Kenn was very fun, laid back and has a great personality. I can only speak on my experience with trading my lease in and if you are looking to trade your lease in, Wilde East Towne Honda was the best dealer I experienced in the state of WI. Samir addressed my driving habits and was able to tailor my protection plans accordingly without having it "break the bank" making certain that everything was clear and transparent the entire time. Not only did he answer every question that I had about my current lease, he also mentioned all of the different options that I had moving forward. I made an appointment to stop in and look at the new CR-V and loved it. Scott put together new lease numbers for me and with my payment only slightly changing, I drove home with a brand new SUV! I couldn’t believe how easy it was. It was one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve ever had....again!
