I have had several interactions with Mikaila which have always been nothing but outstanding, so I was sure dealing with Scott would be no different. That was exactly the case. Scott was professional, detailed, knowledgeable and honest. My sons first thought was leasing but then when he decided he wanted to buy and found a vehicle online Scott worked with us off hours to answer all our questions. He was able to hold the vehicle for my son and ultimately he purchased the vehicle. I cant say enough about the service we received from Scott, he is truly amazing and excellent at his job. We also worked with Eric Lipp in the Finance department and he was just as great. This was a first time financing experience for my son and Eric made sure everything was smooth and easy to understand. A few days after my son took delivery of the vehicle he worked with Mikaila Corcoran in the Service Department for a non-mechanical issue and she was EXCELLENT, Fast, Knowledgeable and Very Accommodating. I recently purchased a new 2023 HR-V from Wilde East Towne Honda. Overall, I had a really great experience. I worked with Scott who was friendly and helpful. He was responsive to my emails, but I wish he would have been more proactive in sending me updates with my car order instead of waiting for me to ask (parts shortage, build confirmed, build complete, shipped, estimated delivery date, etc). More
