Great experience Samantha knew that I needed a new or used Land Rover so for about six months she contacted me with every car that she thought I would like. She never was discouraged when I was not interested. Finally she found the perfect car at a great price. I bought it in five minutes. She is always happy and professional and easy to work with. I will definitely buy my next Land Rover from Samantha. More

Best Car Shopping Experience!! Typically when it comes to shopping for cars, most of us can agree it's a terrible experience. You go back and forth on the negotiating table, deal wi Typically when it comes to shopping for cars, most of us can agree it's a terrible experience. You go back and forth on the negotiating table, deal with lazy salespeople that just seem plain unmotivated, or better yet, have a pushy sales people that really aren't listening to your wants and needs in a vehicle. Well, that is totally NOT the case when dealing with Samantha and the rest of the staff at Jaguar/Land Rover. Samantha took the time to get to know me and what my needs and expectations were when purchasing a new vehicle. Working with her has made the experience easy and not as excruciating as I thought. If anyone is in the market for a new or pre-owned car, I recommend working with someone as kind and knowledgeable as Samantha. More

Outstanding service When I first walked into the dealership I wasn't real sure what vehicle I wanted to purchase but with the assistance of Derek's professional knowledge When I first walked into the dealership I wasn't real sure what vehicle I wanted to purchase but with the assistance of Derek's professional knowledge and expertise he helped me find the right vehicle to fit my needs and my budget. Derek made me feel important and gave me a sense of peace in knowing I was purchasing an awesome vehicle and that I had an honest professional salesman who would make sure I was taken care of long after my purchase. Scott Reid did a wonderful job and took his time with assisting in the paperwork for the final purchase. I also appreciate his professionalism in the purchasing experience. Most Exceptional Car-Buying Experience To-Date Our experience with Samantha Terepka was by far the most exceptional car-buying experience I've had to-date, and there are so many reasons why you sho Our experience with Samantha Terepka was by far the most exceptional car-buying experience I've had to-date, and there are so many reasons why you should go and see her for your next purchase or lease. Here are six of those reasons: 1. Her in-depth knowledge of the brand and all of its products - as well as how they compare to many other luxury brands - is absolutely no joke. I was SO thoroughly impressed as she went into all the features of the car we came in to see (2016 Range Rover Sport) - and eventually purchased - and answered every single question we threw at her. Even things that related to features that are good for families, as we have one toddler and another on the way. She really helped us see not only how safe this car is, but also how it will function for our family. 2. As we did our test-drive, she pointed out so many of the features that I never would have even thought to inquire about, and she compared them very fairly and knowledgeably to the other cars we were looking at (we were also considering two other models from two other brands). She knew a ton about both and how their driving and handling compares to the Range Rover. Thoroughly impressive. 3. Never at one point did I feel pressured to buy. Our meeting was so informal and ended up just giving us all the knowledge that we needed to make our decision. At the end of the day, it just ended up being the right car for us. This is our first Range Rover, and I'm guessing it won't be our last. 4. The price was very fair and probably one of the easiest transactions we've had in terms of cars. Everything was transparent. There's a lot to be said for having such a positive experience like that. Samantha and her colleague Scott Reid helped us through the financing part of the equation. 5. The level of service even after we purchased the car continues to be amazing. We've only had the car for a day, and already she has come out to our house to go over features in more depth, and she even paired my phone, showed me around the Land Rover apps, and so much more. It was DELIGHTFUL! 6. She's just super nice and knowledgeable - literally THE person you would HOPE to talk to when looking for a new car. I feel very confident recommending Samantha for your next car purchase. You can't go wrong. More

Great people at Jaguar land Rover We went to fix my mirrors on my Range Rover and we came home with a 2016 new Ranger Rover . What a great experience with all the people there . This by far was the best experience I have had, I did not at any point in time feel pressured or rushed. The dealership was comfortable and welcoming, the staff was extremely helpful and professional. We worked with Samantha, she was exceptional. She knew everything about the car and took time to work with us and explain what we needed to know. We will definitely return to this dealership for our next purchase. More
