Professional Staff We were in the market for a previously owned sporty convertible and found a 2016 Audi listed at this dealership. My husband called and spoke with Dawn We were in the market for a previously owned sporty convertible and found a 2016 Audi listed at this dealership. My husband called and spoke with Dawn Hall, a Product Specialist for the agency. An appointment was set up for the following day. We live about 40 miles away but had no problem with the drive. Dawn greeted us and lead us through the review of the car. She was amazing. These are fairly complicated automobiles and Dawn knew even button and program. We were more impressed as she doesn't even sell Audis. She sells Jags and Rovers! Although we had just begun our hunt, we liked everything about the vehicle. We had a trade-in which Dawn had appraised while we waited. She put together a very good offer working for us getting a strong price for our trade in. We were unable to make a decision on the spot as we had just started the buying process. In addition, I had to get used to trading in my car which I loved. A few days passed and we made the decision to buy the Audi. Things got complicated on our end but Dawn worked everything out for us and we bought the car. We are now happy Audi owners thanks to Dawn. We can't recommend her highly enough as well as the entire staff at the dealer including Scott, the manager. More

Ask for Morgan, Scott, Dan and Joey and they will be fair and explain everything including what other dealerships do to take advantages of their customers.
