Friendly, Caring, Knowledgeable Staff I first came to this dealership for the service department with my Ford. I was very unhappy with the surrounding Ford service departments and a frien I first came to this dealership for the service department with my Ford. I was very unhappy with the surrounding Ford service departments and a friend who owns a collision center recommended Ventura Toyota Service Department. Jason Rail was my service advisor for years and now Scott Robles and Kevin Hurlic take care of all of my vehicle maintenance and service. I recently purchased my new vehicle from this dealership and could not have asked for a kinder staff to assist me through this process. Luis Martinez, I thank you for everything you did for me. You are truly one in a million. You truly paid attention to all of my concerns and every detail during my transaction. I would recommend you to all of my family and friends. Service department exceeded my expectations!!! I took my 2015 Tundra into Ventura Toyota because I had been experiencing a rattle in the right side dash area that seemed to be getting louder, and I took my 2015 Tundra into Ventura Toyota because I had been experiencing a rattle in the right side dash area that seemed to be getting louder, and louder. This had been going on for about a month. I wanted to see if they could find and eliminate the rattle. Rafael and Scott said they had test drove the vehicle, and couldn't hear the rattle. I drove my truck with Rafael in the passenger seat, and neither of us could hear the rattle. I then drove the vehicle around the block again, and the rattle was there. It seemed to be coming from the cover underneath the glove compartment. Rafael suggested that he put felt on all the contact points, which he did. We took it for another test drive, and the rattle was still there. Rafael put more felt on the cover. Took it for a 3rd test drive, and rattle was still there. Rafael then put felt patches on the inside of the cover to dampen the rattling, which it did. Problem solved. In my opinion, Rafael went above and beyond what I ecpect a dealership to do for a customer. I am very happy with Rafael, Scott, and Ventura Toyota. More

2014 Venza We just purchased a 2014 Venza last night with the help of Luis Martinez, Jaime Torres and Lee Jaitt and we are very happy and excited for our journey We just purchased a 2014 Venza last night with the help of Luis Martinez, Jaime Torres and Lee Jaitt and we are very happy and excited for our journeys to come. My family and I have been going to Ventura Toyota / Scion for years. My family and I have gotten about 15-20 cars from Ventura Toyota / Scion. We keep coming back because we know that they will take care of us. Luis Martinez is who I keep going back to and refer people to because Luis is not just a salesman he is someone who genuinely wants to make sure you get what you like and makes you feel like your happiness is the most important mission for him. I will continue to go back to Luis because of the amazing effort he puts into all the people he helps. I have also had the pleasure of working with Jamie Torres, Marion Swain, Jackie Sanchez and most recently with Lee Jaitt. They have all made sure we didn't feel rushed or pressured into any deal and they always make sure to explain anything we might have any questions on before proceeding. I can honestly say i know i will get taken care of as long as they are there and now I feel like they are all family, thats how welcomed they make me feel. I treasure the relationship I have with them and thats not something a lot of people will or can say about people they deal with when it comes to getting a car. Thank you Jaime Torres, Marion Swain, Jackie Sanchez, Lee Jaitt and most importantly Luis Martinez for making our car purchasing experiences happy ones. I have also worked with Alex, Scott and Kevin in the service department and they are equally as amazing in taking care of us post car purchase. Keep up the great job guys! More

"Our salesman was James Serrano. I was referred to him by Scott Robles. Scott and I have a history going way back to 1989. I had a 1989 Toyota Camry that I purchased from Toyota Of Corona. I have live him by Scott Robles. Scott and I have a history going way back to 1989. I had a 1989 Toyota Camry that I purchased from Toyota Of Corona. I have lived in Oxnard all my life and so I ended up having it serviced at Oxnard. Scott was my super go to guy for all my service needs and so when I wanted a Prius I was able to contact Scott and he recommended I work with James. James was wonderful...he is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all my questions about the hybrid (which I didn't know much). He synced my phone and that was very important to me !! He offered and I accepted a water (very nice) while watching the mandatory video. He understood my concerns, and was very assuring that the car met my needs and if I ever had any doubts or questions, either he or Scott would take care care of both my car and me . I have consistently experienced nothing but the highest level of professionalism, integrity and customer service from SERVICE ADVISOR, SCOTT ROBLES, representing Ventura Toyota. My 2000 Tacoma Pre-Runner P level of professionalism, integrity and customer service from SERVICE ADVISOR, SCOTT ROBLES, representing Ventura Toyota. My 2000 Tacoma Pre-Runner PU recently turned 14 years old and has 262,000 well driven miles. The vehicle still runs like new (mainly due to the ongoing care of the vehicle by Toyota). Robles will take the time to listen to the customers concerns/needs promptly calling back within the day to advise the status and recommended service, if needed. This is a rare dealership that doesn't encourage you to commit to service and unnecessary expense if not needed. Robles and everyone at Ventura Toyota are "low pressure" and pleasant to do business with. I will continue to consult Scott Robles and Ventura Toyota for all of my service needs. When it is time to consider the purchase of a new vehicle, Ventura Toyota will be my first stop! More
