Lightning fast. Took the whole dash out to fix the A.C. dropped it off Friday afternoon. It was diagnosed Monday. I was home Tuesday before 3 PM. Easy-affordable-very personable Scott Rockett (advisor) very kind, thorough, did not try to talk me into something I did not need. He even went so far as to give me the assurance that the things I wanted very kind, thorough, did not try to talk me into something I did not need. He even went so far as to give me the assurance that the things I wanted to put off were not critical and did not want to push me toward something that would break the bank-he gets it. Job completed ahead of time. Good text updates. Not to mention I was dropped at my house and picked up next day by Scott/Heidi-very friendly-efficient. This is my second visit to Shottenkirk and once again they exceeded all expectations. More
