Change over from technician was not smooth. Previous technician did not give update on car to new tech. Price of ordered part was not disclosed until I got to the service area. Recommendati Previous technician did not give update on car to new tech. Price of ordered part was not disclosed until I got to the service area. Recommendation: If multiple techs have to work on car then there should be a smooth transition of information as to what is required. If parts have to be ordered then a courtesy call with price would be great, so that the customer can plan accordingly. More
