Jean was great he knew exactly what we wanted by listening to what we said. He showed us a few cars. After viewing the Kia sportage - I fell in love with it. We could tell the car was well taken car listening to what we said. He showed us a few cars. After viewing the Kia sportage - I fell in love with it. We could tell the car was well taken care of because the dealership hadn’t had a chance to clean it yet and the backseats seatbelts still had the plastic on them from when the previous owner bought the vehicle from your dealership. Jean was great to work with and we love the lifetime warranty that came with the car. More

My wife was treated very poorly by the service writer. Scott Johnson the General Manager of Jim Butler KIA refuses to return my phone calls. The sales person I bought the car from Cheryl Cooper, knows I a Scott Johnson the General Manager of Jim Butler KIA refuses to return my phone calls. The sales person I bought the car from Cheryl Cooper, knows I am unhappy with my new Kia Sportage but still continues to send me emails to try and take my car in on trade and buy another car from this dealership.
