We had a pleasant purchase of our 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid. Someone helped our sales person find a Sorento our color choice from a dealer in Springfield and get it within a few days. However, the car was being washed and we were unable to drive it before closing on the sale so there were things that were not on the Sorento that were on the one that we test-drove. We felt rushed to close and wished we had taken more time to look over things on the one we purchased. We will check with the Parts or Service department to see if those things can be added.
