Scott Stream had been working with us for the last 6 months or so as we decided whether or not we wanted to upgrade to a minivan. Scott was very patient with all of my questions and checked in with me periodically, although he was never pushy. Scott spent one afternoon with us as we both test drove the Odyssey, gave us different finance options, and sent us hope with a lot to think about. Once we decided we were ready to trade up, Scott prepared as much a head of time as possible, so that we were in and out fairly quickly. Justin Wiley walked us through our financing. He was very friendly and efficient. It could not have gone better. Both Scott and Justin provided us with the service we've come to expect when we visit Honda of Lincoln. It was a great experience. More
