Awesome First Car Purchase Experience This was my first time at purchasing a car at a dealership. My old vehicle was kicking the bucket and I really needed something reliable for commuting This was my first time at purchasing a car at a dealership. My old vehicle was kicking the bucket and I really needed something reliable for commuting to school and to be able to get around in bad weather. I had a few ideas of what I was looking for from Kelly's online inventory, but did not expect to purchase the car that I came out with. Scott approached me as soon as I pulled on the lot. I described what I was looking for and we discussed my budget as well. Within 10 minutes, he described one of the Nissan Rogues on the lot, showed me the car, and I was in love. My eye had been set on a more expensive vehicle, but Scott was awesome in describing the details between the two and the benefits of the rogue over the other vehicle. Things like mileage, transmission, and AWD were included in that. For a 24-year old looking at her first big girl purchase, Scott was really trying to be fair with me, work with me, and keep me safe in my nicer, newer vehicle. I have had my Rogue for about a month now. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Scott and the rest of your team for helping me find the perfect vehicle for me at the best price! More

They got me approved! I had a team of individuals that listened to my concerns and got me approved. The car i was driving was very unsafe, the rack and pinon was about to b I had a team of individuals that listened to my concerns and got me approved. The car i was driving was very unsafe, the rack and pinon was about to bust and the wheel bearing about to break, and I came in thinking I was going to buy a used high millage car outright because my credit was so bad. I have a repo on my credit and a credit score in the 500 range and they got me approved for a 2012 Scion XB!
