I am originally from Yuma, Arizona, and I have over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including more than 15 years in Sales Management. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with only two other dealership groups, which has given me a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and building long-term relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy riding motorcycles, golfing, and spending quality time with my family. My appreciation for the Subaru brand and the values it represents is what drew me to this dealership, and I’m proud to be part of a team that truly puts customers first.

My husband and I came to Subaru Surprise to purchase a preowned Subaru Crosstrek. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had! Jeff Hurst’s experience made for the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge and personalism. Jeff listened to our list of wants then presented Jeff Hurst’s experience made for the perfect blend of professionalism, knowledge and personalism. Jeff listened to our list of wants then presented the options that fit our criteria, from the vehicle to making sure we were dialed into our specific financials as well. George Palmer, Finance, made the paperwork as seamless and concise as we have had; all details and questions fully explained. Malia Clark called promptly, as promised and we left our Love-Encore appointment confident we are fully acquainted with our new car. There were other employees we met from reception, to parts, to other service areas and all were friendly and ready to assist. This dealership is beautifully maintained and customer care is priority one. We really appreciated the tour Jeff gave us and look forward to our new relationship with Subaru Superstore of Surprise and the awesome staff. Definitely a recommend to others!! More
