I was looking for a new car for a while and after
research I took a serious look at Subaru. Combined with a friend's recommended to see Seth Leifer at Lester Glenn Toms River and after reading many
research I took a serious look at Subaru. Combined with a friend's recommended to see Seth Leifer at Lester Glenn Toms River and after reading many reviews, I took a drive to Toms River. Note that I live a considerable distance away. And I was not disappointed in any way. It was a completely no nonsense stress free experience. Mind you, I have went through the process of buying cars for a while and was looking for a reliable vehicle to cart my grand children around. Seth took the time to know what I was looking for and did not start with " what are monthly payment are you looking for" like others dealerships do. And Seth did not offer other products that he knew from our initial conversation I was not interested in, whether I could afford them or not.
Finance Manger Patrick Piro, -- the dreaded Finance Office. All good experience as well. No sale pitch on stuff I was never going to use. Which I appreciated in not wasting time.
Finally, Sean Hefner gave me a rundown of all the settings and controls, including the obvious. Took his time going over everything before I drove off.
Summary -- Seth, Patrick, & Sean had me in and out in about 4 hours. Spoke honest and did not try to over sell. And the prize in my new Forrester. Thank you!!

He took plenty of time tracking down a couple of choices of cross trek automobiles, even going so far as to drive across the highway to bring us to a field full of possible choices, my wife decided on a color change and Seth arranged for that vehicle to be brought over detailed, and we ultimately purchased the vehicle. That we encountered was very helpful. Brandon and Sean educated us on the operation of the CrossFit wilderness Patrick. The finance manager was very polite and did not push us to purchase any item, but explained well enough that we chose two options. All in all that we met at Lester Glenn Subaru, or polite friendly, and made us feel at home we are very pleased! All should be congratulated they all need to ring the bell.
