Why bother asking for feedback when you have no intention of listening, just like how you're disregarding my issue with the missing key? That being said, here is a take from my first review Where do I of listening, just like how you're disregarding my issue with the missing key? That being said, here is a take from my first review Where do I even begin with the soul-xxxxxxx car buying process, made even more thrilling with the fact that I had the “O plan” I informed the dealership exactly how much I was willing to pay, and if they couldn't manage to meet that simple expectation, I'd take my business elsewhere, because that's not too much to ask, right? We went back and forth so many times, I'm surprised we didn't get whiplash, but we finally reached a meeting point. The whole experience was excessively lengthy and frustrating. We ended up leaving without the second key because it wasn't available. To make matters worse, they had forgotten to place the order. I only found out about the status of my key when I received a service email from the service manager, who inquired about it. It's baffling that they didn't have the key ready when I had the car. Now, I'll have to drive all the way across town to obtain the key and have it programmed. What made matters far more, well, annoying was I was taken aback when, throughout the negotiation, they continued to direct all their questions to my boyfriend, even though it was my car and I was the one handling the negotiations.
