I made an appointment to bring my 2021 Santa Fe in to fix a malfunctioning collision warning sensor. Wasted two days in the shop before they called and said they wouldn’t fix it because it was caused by an a malfunctioning collision warning sensor. Wasted two days in the shop before they called and said they wouldn’t fix it because it was caused by an ”external influence”, which made no sense because it wasn’t ever in an accident. When I came to pick it up they pointed to a small chip in the paint. I told them that was ridiculous then asked for a manager and he said he would investigate. A couple days later they tell me the sensors need to be adjusted not replaced, and adjustments aren’t covered after 12 months. What a monumental waste of time! Doing whatever they can to avoid fixing my problem! More

They do a great job but they are terrible with communication about when we can get our car back out what they are truly working on.
