Destinee did her job well although she was directed by Sean to show me the car next to the one I purchased when asked which one I could get on lease he said “either “and on our way out she said I think yo Sean to show me the car next to the one I purchased when asked which one I could get on lease he said “either “and on our way out she said I think your going to want the one with all the bells and whistles , after showing me the vehicle Sean came to me and said unfortunately I have a new girl and she shouldn’t have showed you that one but for 500.00 more dollars down you can have it . Threw the new girl right under the bus . More

Angel went above and beyond during my entire experience with Palm Coast Ford! I had been in the market for a certain color Bronco Sport, Angel remembered and reached out to me as soon as one was available. with Palm Coast Ford! During my entire shopping experience I dealt with many dealerships and salesman, Angel was by far the best! Sean Peveler also assisted me during the process. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the transaction and made me feel at ease! He answered all of questions and was beyond personable! Daniel Blair took care of the paperwork/finances. Again, I never felt rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. Again, I dealt with many dealerships and not one can match Palm Coasts customer service! Everyone I encountered was personable and knowledgeable. I truly believe they want the best for their customers and it shows. I cannot thank them enough for their time! More

This dealership uses deceptive sales tactics if sending numerous emails offering to purchase your car. Yet when you schedule an appointment and drive to the dealership, they suddenly don't want to even dri numerous emails offering to purchase your car. Yet when you schedule an appointment and drive to the dealership, they suddenly don't want to even drive or review your car. Let me also add that the year of the car and the mileage are clearly included in every email from them, so there is no misunderstanding about what you will be driving into the dealership. This is an underhanded tactic and poor customer service for a dealership that says customer service is important. I have taken my car there for service, but will not be returning there. I would highly recommend choosing another dealership that doesn't practice underhanded sales tactics More
