I rate Service Consultant Good; but Not happy that problem was not fixed. Now I have to leave car for 2 days, so they can find reason why car suddenly turns off while driving. They provided the required inspection but did not reset my change oil light although I had told the service agent that I had just changed the oil and filter. Also, the required service was quoted around $ my change oil light although I had told the service agent that I had just changed the oil and filter. Also, the required service was quoted around $700 when I could get the same service for around $150 at a local oil changer. I do need to bring the car back in to look at the vent actuator which is making a clicking noise under the passenger dash. But, I am reticent to do so at these prices. Having been a long-standing customer I just through I should let you know. More

Returned car with missing parts. I declined the major repair and just asked to pick up car. It overheated immediately which it wasn't doing before and was missing a plastic piece the I declined the major repair and just asked to pick up car. It overheated immediately which it wasn't doing before and was missing a plastic piece the leads to radiator. Also the plastic over the engine was not snapped into place. It was just loose under the hood. Concerned it may not have been put back together correctly but I can't tell. Dirito bros has always been meticulous and reliable with service. I'm not too concerned bcz I probably won't be repairing it but thought I should mention those things More
