This time around, I was looking to purchase a Rav4 Hybrid with my husband, but had to coordinate around many sensitive moving parts and parameters, including the illness and passing of a grandparent. WOW WOW WOW! !! Sean Walther, Rob, and Tiffani were the dream team to work with!! Rivera was actually the second Toyota dealership in the area we went to for lea !! Sean Walther, Rob, and Tiffani were the dream team to work with!! Rivera was actually the second Toyota dealership in the area we went to for leasing a new 2024 RAV4 Prime. I hate to say it, but we went to Greentree first and they were downright nasty. That dealership lowballed us on our trade-in value to the point it was an insult and we just walked out. No point in even being there. We come to Rivera, our second Toyata dealership, and everyone is smiling, serious about getting a deal done, incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The trade-in was incredibly easy. We will never buy a car anywhere else with this kind of service!!! Rivera is the only place for us! Thank you Sean! Thank you, Rob!
