I'm pleased with the sales process which was enjoyable without pressure. The only concern is that the installed Acura app still doesn't connect correctly with any of my devices. Example: emails issued b without pressure. The only concern is that the installed Acura app still doesn't connect correctly with any of my devices. Example: emails issued by Acura are not received, while all other normal third party communications are fine. I've been told by Courtesy sales folks that Acura is currently working to resolve this issue. I just hope they can before I am forced to return the vehicle through the Colorado "Lemon" law. I understand that auto dealers have 30 days to correct this issue. I've had to do this once before with past vehicle purchase. It wasn't enjoyable. Until resolved, I am unable to fully utilize all the features that a very expensive ZDX Type S offers. I hope you understand my predicament. Richard Dinsmore More

After the loss of my prior vehicle in an accident I was in need of a vehicle in short order. I had a pretty firm idea of what I wanted before I arrived at the dealership but Brianna worked with me on the in need of a vehicle in short order.
