I identified a vehicle online over the weekend and called Audi Silver Spring first thing Monday Morning. Upon arrival, the vehicle was waiting out front and we were able to get the test drive started after minimal administrative actions. Vehicle pricing was known up front, so that allowed the conversation to be focused on the vehicle included ammenities and additional options. Rich was helpful with printing documentation - both info on the car and documents from my financing source to facilitate a smooth process. This helped make the transition to Serge Calmic in the finace Department for signature an easy process with no questions left unanswered. Both my fiance and I left happy to drive off in the Q3 we wanted without any anxiety or uncertainty. More
