Even after the manufacturer’s warranty expired, I have continued to take my 2016 Subaru Outback to this dealership for service because of their courteous and prompt handling of any problems I have experi continued to take my 2016 Subaru Outback to this dealership for service because of their courteous and prompt handling of any problems I have experienced with the vehicle. For instance, just recently Mike Needham, Service Manager there, was instrumental in having a problem with the blind spot monitor identified and fixed after a body shop AND an outfit specializing in diagnostics were unable to do so. More

They did not put my parking brake on after an oil change and tire rotation. I got back into the car after the service was complete and they just left the vehicle in neutral which could have been very bad if and tire rotation. They also adjusted my seat without returning it to where I had it. Small inconveniences, and this happed the last time I brought the car here for service. More
