Great Service Team Had my 2009 Outback dashboard replaced under warranty with help and guidance from Steven Wall. While they were in there, they replaced the AC filter when they saw how bad it was, and now my car feels like a brand new ride. Thank you Steve and team for your excellent customer service, for taking care of the dashboard under warranty, and for taking care of a key filter replacement while you were at it - and asking me first! :) Much appreciated. And I love my new KleanKanteen Subaru insulated cup! You guys are the best. More

Servicing my cars for seven years Quality service and superior automotive knowledge and, not just on Subarus. This dealership resolved issues regarding the air conditioning system on m Quality service and superior automotive knowledge and, not just on Subarus. This dealership resolved issues regarding the air conditioning system on my Subaru SVX, when the best independent auto repair shop in JAX could not. The dealership found the entire air conditioning system was contaminated. The entire system was replaced at a reasonable cost. Our Forester runs and rides really fine. Through the years we've had transmission work, injectors replaced, axles, brakes and regular maintenance. I believe a Subaru is the most under valued car today. I will keep my 1992 Subaru SVX for as long as possible. I trust this dealership to keep it as fine running today and tomorrow. More

Joseph Rodriguez and Service helped us out of a tight spot We had our car serviced at the dealership in Hardeeville SC on September 22 before going to Florida for a family visit. On our way home from Florida, We had our car serviced at the dealership in Hardeeville SC on September 22 before going to Florida for a family visit. On our way home from Florida, on September 26, we noticed smoke coming from the car and the low engine oil light came on. We managed to get to a gas station in Woodbine, Ga and we saw oil pouring out from the bottom of the engine. We called road assistance and a tow to the dealership in Jacksonville. My husband had contacted the dealership while we were waiting for the tow to see if they could help us. He spoke to Joseph Rodriguez and Mr. Rodriguez said that they would help figure out the problem. We arrived to the subaru dealership about 20 minutes til they closed. The Service Crew and Mr. Rodriguez pushed the car into the bay and discovered that the drain plug for the oil pan was missing. They fixed the problem and we were able to get back on the road to get home to South Carolina. I wish I could express better how grateful my husband and I to Mr. Rodriguez and the service crew, they really went above and beyond to help us get home. Mr. Rodriguez was very kind and the Service Crew (I wish I had gotten all their names) was so helpful and kind to double check everything before they returned the car to us. Thank you Mr. Rodriguez! Great Service Dept. Our car, which is only 6 months old got a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. We called Subaru of Jax and were advised that we had road side as Our car, which is only 6 months old got a nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. We took the car in yesterday and were told that because the car's mileage was low that we did not have to pay anything for the new tire. Service Dept. is second to none.... More

Great service Dept. Came in with the dash of our Outback lit up like a Christmas Tree. Found the problem to be wires chewed by Rats!
