Easy & Enjoyable We'd been bringing in our 2010 Impreza for service for several years, but this was the first time we were car shopping. Found a great 2017 Legacy on t We'd been bringing in our 2010 Impreza for service for several years, but this was the first time we were car shopping. Found a great 2017 Legacy on the lot, but then saw a Crosstrek and had to drive it as well. We met Juan Hernandez that day, and he was everything we never expected.... patient, honest, charming, knowledgeable. Mr. Hernandez guided us to the decision we wanted to make, negotiated fairly, kept his paint-touch-up promise, created no hassles, and recommended a couple of great restaurants. We were already sold on the brand & the service dept.; now we're also sold on Juan Hernandez and Subaru of Jacksonville. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you. More

We recently had two items that needed repair under warranty. One was repaired while we waited along with a regular service. The second required ordering a part and keeping our car overnight. We were provided a loaner car and were called almost exactly at the predicted time that our car was completed. Jennifer was especially helpful and kept us informed about the repairs. Phil, Jr. was very helpful with the warranty. We will certainly considering buying our next Subaru from this dealer. Service makes all the difference! More
