Found a great 2017 Legacy on the lot, but then saw a Crosstrek and had to drive it as well. We met Juan Hernandez that day, and he was everything we never expected.... patient, honest, charming, knowledgeable. Mr. Hernandez guided us to the decision we wanted to make, negotiated fairly, kept his paint-touch-up promise, created no hassles, and recommended a couple of great restaurants. Warranty repairs We bought our Outback in another state where we live half the year, but Subaru of Jacksonville Service Dept. has always treated us like their very bes We bought our Outback in another state where we live half the year, but Subaru of Jacksonville Service Dept. has always treated us like their very best customer! We recently had two items that needed repair under warranty. One was repaired while we waited along with a regular service. The second required ordering a part and keeping our car overnight. We were provided a loaner car and were called almost exactly at the predicted time that our car was completed. Jennifer was especially helpful and kept us informed about the repairs. Phil, Jr. was very helpful with the warranty. We will certainly considering buying our next Subaru from this dealer. Service makes all the difference! More
