Lack of communication during the waiting period for my car order was frustrating. Sales Manager was better than salesperson in that he came up with some other options, but that was after 10 months of wai car order was frustrating. We also recently use the service department for different car we have, and even though we told them what it probably was (ignition switch) they diagnosed as something different (new key FOB) which didn't end up fixing it, and after spending $500 on that they said we were right and it is probably something with the ignition. More
