EXCELLENT buying experience start to finish. I would highly recommend Rodger. The Grand Highlander so far has exceeded my expectations ~ what a great crossover SUV. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle with Heiser Toyota and will be my last. I purchased my vehicle on 09/01/2023 and have experienced several areas of concern since bringing the vehicle home Heiser Toyota and will be my last. I purchased my vehicle on 09/01/2023 and have experienced several areas of concern since bringing the vehicle home. Al provided me with a brief understanding and knowledge of my vehicle and the features it came with. However; there were several aspects that I did not know how to operate and did not discover until I read through the Toyota Camry quick guide. After I "purchased" the vehicle and was about to leave the dealership Al mentioned he forgot to tell me that the car could be remotely started and demonstrated how to do so. I opted to have auto armor applied to my vehicle (which was an additional expense of $1999). Al explained he would have the shop place touch-up paint on the several nicks I discovered and pointed out when looking at the vehicle prior to purchasing. Also, there was sticky residue on the rocker panel of the driver-side door and trunk that was promised to be removed and cleaned. When I received my vehicle, the nicks were not touched up and the sticky residue was still on the vehicle. I was not in a rush to get home, but after arriving at your dealership at 9:30 a.m. and first leaving at 3:00 p.m. that was a sufficient amount of time to fix and clean those areas. Additionally, when I washed the vehicle, the water beaded up on the car nicely where the auto armor was applied (as it is supposed to); however, it was highly noticeable when the water did not bead up in several areas that it was supposed to be. If this was not enough, when I went to use the rear seat cup holders there was a sticky residue and stains all over the interior. One would think this would be cleaned prior to the auto armor being applied since it was done to the interior and exterior. Upon looking at the I noticed a large scuff/scrape on the lower right front bumper of the vehicle. We brought it to Al's attention and he at first stated the shop could have touch-up paint placed over the top; however, that is not an option for a scuff that is into the plastic of the bumper and is raised so it would look poorly. He suggested having this portion of the car entirely fixed but it would have to go to the body shop and will take more time. Unfortunately, I did not have the time at the moment to wait for this piece to be fixed correctly as I needed the car to return to my job out of state and I had limited time off. With that said, I was not offered the opportunity to bring the vehicle back in a few months to have this issue corrected. If this option was available I would have come back to have it taken care of. 4. I have had messages appear on my dash stating maintenance is needed on the vehicle soon and that a new key fob has been detected. One would assume purchasing a vehicle from a dealership the necessary service has been completed and the vehicle's key fobs were correctly programmed to the car. After making a phone call to the dealership they explained service was completed, but they did not make sure the system was reset. As well as, I was told to bring my car back to the dealership to have the key reprogrammed to my vehicle as it was not correctly done the first time, hence the message. Now I am several states away and have to take time off of work to have the key reprogrammed to the vehicle I bought a week ago. Prior to writing this review, I attempted to contact the general manager, Jessica, to discuss my concerns privately. After waiting for a reply she chose to ignore and not address my concerns to correct Heiser's mistakes. She only apologized and offered to set up a time to review the vehicle's features. Since further issues arose with the vehicle I have attempted to contact her via phone but have not received a response back which has prompted this review to be given. It appears Heiser does not want to take the time to address and correct their mistakes. More

Everything excellent with the Heiser Toyota dealer but not with the salesman Alex Hall. He doesn't know how to treat customers even though he says he has many years of experience as a salesperson. Still waiting for final purchase paperwork from colt, which is why he was rated so low. Everybody else there was absolutely fabulous and did a great job.
