I usually dread the car-buying process, but Casey was patient and very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car. Shane made the finance process a breeze. Our saleslady was outstanding! She helped me immediately and thoroughly when I called about a car on the website. She has followed up after our purchase to see if we had questions about the car or technology. It was delightful to work with her! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. We felt like everyone was trying to help us get the car we wanted with clear pricing information. I had been to another dealership in our home state that had such pushy sales manager that I did not want to purchase a car from that dealership. We had a great experience at Five Star Subaru. More
