I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Regal Lakeland. During the purchase process, I received great customer services from Shane. HOWEVER, after the purchase I had an issue with finance and was put off m During the purchase process, I received great customer services from Shane. HOWEVER, after the purchase I had an issue with finance and was put off multiples times by the finance manager. I emailed back and forth with the finance manager who unfortunately had many excuses why it took so long to get back to me. I do understand that daily duties get in the way, but this was unacceptable. It took emailing back and forth for three weeks to get an answer that was not satisfactory. I emailed his supervisor twice and NEVER even got a response! Too bad the great customer service was only to sell a vehicle, but was no where to be found after my purchase. Totally bummed to share this bad experience. More

My wife and I are disappointed. This weekend we picked up a 2010 buick Lucerne with only 62k miles on it. The vehicle has $1600 dollars worth of repairs, unfortunately it is was an as:is sale but we were tol a 2010 buick Lucerne with only 62k miles on it. The vehicle has $1600 dollars worth of repairs, unfortunately it is was an as:is sale but we were told by Shane that each car is inspected and looked at for issues. Obviously that is inaccurate. We did not expect a perfect car with this vehicle being 11 years old BUT $1600 in repairs is excessive. We would never return to this dealership. More

The folks at Regal are great people to deal with in my opinion. I did the search on line, found exactly what I have looking for. Drove to the dealership, test drove the vehicle. Thought about it for a wee opinion. I did the search on line, found exactly what I have looking for. Drove to the dealership, test drove the vehicle. Thought about it for a week put a deposit down a week later "glad I did" went back to the dealership made the purchase on a Saturday and they delivered it to my home on Monday an hour and a half away for no charge. Great Sales team, couldn't be easier. More
