Cris the finance manager reached out after my posting (I emailed him twice prior to posting with no response). He did apologize and simply said I should just refi my auto loan (the issue at hand was a high interest loan from the dealer which from the beginning they told me just refi for a lower interest rate after my purchase, but did not advise me that I would incur fees. Lessen learned for me to do more homework!) In order to do so to fix this mess will cost me an additional $778.48. I work hard for my money and it kills me to just throw money away. In addition to the financial aspect, I have to go through the pain of new app, sending tax returns to the back, etc. I appreciate the dealership reaching out but they did nothing to try to fix. The owner of the dealership also contacted me which I appreciated.
