My experience with Sport Mazda North was superb. I was in the market for a new vehicle and after deciding on the Mazda CX-5, I requested quotes from some local dealerships in Central Florida and vi I was in the market for a new vehicle and after deciding on the Mazda CX-5, I requested quotes from some local dealerships in Central Florida and visited one other dealership for a test drive. Sport Mazda North was the most transparent with their pricing as well as being willing to negotiate. Their fees were in line with what I was expecting and they did not seem to have any desire to upsell (to a higher trim level or with additional warranties,etc) - they were very clear about what was available, but that no additional packages were required. The whole process was very smooth, quick and efficient and their were no surprises. Sales team (Tyri and Shane) were excellent to work with and the financing department was great as well. I'm very happy with the new car and I trust they will be just as welcoming when I return for regular maintenance.
