Being a Finance Manager gives me the opportunity to work directly with our customers, which is the best part of the job. I love meeting new people from all walks of life. I have a great sense of humor and enjoy providing my customers with a fun experience. I joined the Rallye BMW dealership in 2012, coming from Hassel BMW, where I had been working since 2002. My longevity with BMW spans 15 years. This is the best brand in the automotive industry. My customers are like family. I have watched many of them grow up over the years, as they came in with their parents, and now they are purchasing cars from me as an adult. Clients enjoy working with me because I am a good listener and not pushy. I’m a big fan of the New England Patriots. Go Pats! Some of my awards and accomplishments in the auto industry include BMW Honors and BMW Charters at platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels.

Darren was the most pleasant car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He’s got a great calm demeanor and never pushed. He went out of his way to make sure my time was accommodated and had everything taken care of with. He’s got a great calm demeanor and never pushed. The car I leased was a car that he could have easily marked up but he did not and even discounted it very slightly. Truly a white glove service. More

Interactions were generally favorable and honest. The car is in great condition. However, it was surprising that a CPO car had an issue with the instrument cluster, which I had to return to have fixe The car is in great condition. However, it was surprising that a CPO car had an issue with the instrument cluster, which I had to return to have fixed 3 weeks later. Another annoyance was that The dealership clearly wanted the car off the lot by the end of the month - as such, certain issues that couldn't be fixed prior to pick up weren't disclosed up front, which also had to be addressed upon return. We live in Long Island City and returning to Rallye again and again is a hassle. The service experience was really great. Good communication on status and turnaround time. Issues noted above were fixed. More
