This was the best car buying experience ever. My wife and I worked with Bill Pellagrini in sales. He started by listening to what we were looking for, provided us options and recommendations. Nev My wife and I worked with Bill Pellagrini in sales. He started by listening to what we were looking for, provided us options and recommendations. Never did we feel pressure. Ended up ordering a 2023 F150 and again he provided guidance to make sure we got the features we wanted and set reasonable expectations on timing. Eddie Clark then helped make sure we had everything so when we did come in to pick up the truck it was seamless. We had the same experience with Billy in Finance. He laid out the options, clearly explained each one and never pressured us. 100% will come back and buy from this dealership again. More

Booked oil change 2 weeks in advance took 2 days to complete. Never got updated on the status and when i called back to check, the person on phone wasn't that friendly either. i bought my vehicle from complete. Also so concerned about their knowledge as well. Definitely not going back for any reason. Never recommend to anybody. Just stay away. More

I realized that my brakes on the rear of the car needed NEW rotors and pads that the bumper too bumper policy ,The tire & wheel policy ,didn't cover xxxx. Very disappointed. Will NOT be doing business with Jannell again. I did not have the repairs done @ Jannell because of warranty issues,Paid 418.63 out of my own pocket. Trading in Escape in April for a Nissan. More

Service Dept has very poor knowledgeability of their products and responsibilities as a certified Ford Warranty Service dealership. I would not do business with this dealership again. I purchased my v products and responsibilities as a certified Ford Warranty Service dealership. I would not do business with this dealership again. I purchased my vehicle here and had a most satisfactory experience with the sales team. Unfortunately, their service department falls far short of an acceptable level of professionalism, experience and knowledgeability and an arrogant unwillingness to listen to the customer. In the end they honored the warranty after two weeks of back and forth hassle but determined that any future warranty service related to this vehicle will not be honored. “You’re on your own” I was told.
