Shawn was distracted and uninterested when I checked in for my appointment. He did listen and try to get as much information as he could. This is not so much a comment for Shawn as for the dealership, sI purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty and it was not noted on my profiler nor did the service know about it or have any answers to my questions about what I purchased. I understand it is separate departments, but I do not care you are one dealership. you should act like it. More
