Dealership service was great in customer service. I called previous to get Advantage service done but the phone representative said some would call me back to bring my car in But I did not get a I called previous to get Advantage service done but the phone representative said some would call me back to bring my car in But I did not get a call back. I called the next week and the service advisor took my info again and said that I can bring my car in. When I came at 7:30 am, I had to repeat all the things I said on the 1st call and second call to the the third person who was right in front of me. IT SHOULD BE IN PLACE NOTES FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS BEEN CALLED IN PRIOR. BECAUSE TIME IS MONEY. I HAD TO CALL TO MAKE SURE WHAT I ASKED FOR WAS ACTUALLY DONE. BECAUSE WHAT IS ASKED FOR IS WAS SAID YEAH IT WAS DONE BUT ACTUALLY IT WASN'T. I am a repeat customer and I am glad Shawn was great at his job. However, whoever worked on my car left his oil hand print inside my car. I was wasn't happy about that. So I had to clean it myself. Overall. I will return for service. More
