I have spent a lot of money in this dealership and I will not return. On the day of my service, I of course expected a much better service than spending 5 hours for an oil change, the air in my tires, a chan not return. On the day of my service, I of course expected a much better service than spending 5 hours for an oil change, the air in my tires, a change of windshield wipers and a front light replacement. My service advisor was Shawn, he seemed like a nice employee however, I did not appreciate having absolutely NO updates for 3 hours of sitting in the waiting area. I tried to get a hold of Shawn after 2 hours of waiting and he said "give me a moment". I waited an extra hour for an update and was told that they "LOST" my keys and have been looking for it for 45 mins. I HAD to tell them where my keys were and they allowed a salesman to take my keys without anyone's permission. The salesman wanted me to trade in my car which I did NOT agree to. Sales men should NOT be allowed to take any customers keys just because they want to make a sale that day. I was very frustrated this day because after they found my keys, I had to wait another 2 hours for my car to be ready. The only way I found out it was ready was by me walking up to the very rude service team and asking for Shawn and everyone looking at me like they did not care because they were having conversations and I was messing up the conversation because I was visibly upset and looking for my keys to leave. One of your employees at that moment who is one of the boys who usually come at the beginning of the service, thus, not a service advisor asked me "what's wrong, you've been here for a while" and as I explained the situation...he went on to say "you have a lot of negative energy around you and you need to light up some sage." This was disrespectful and absolutely offensive. It is NOT my fault that your service team lost my keys and it is not my fault that your service team is subpar. Every customer should be treated kindly, considering the fact that if we stop bringing our cars to this service shop, there would be no jobs for you all. All in all, I will NOT return to this place for service and will make sure my family and friends don't as well. Please teach your service advisor to give updates and be respectful especially after waiting 5 hours for service. More

I had an excellent experience when I scheduled an appointment to get my oil change in my 300S Chrysler. The advisor was efficient and friendly. The oil change and rotating my tire was done within an appointment to get my oil change in my 300S Chrysler. The advisor was efficient and friendly.
