Brought my vehicle in to get the radio replaced, which my vehicle stayed in service for 2 to 3 days before I had to call and ask what the problem was then my advisor Shawn told me they ordered the radio and vehicle stayed in service for 2 to 3 days before I had to call and ask what the problem was then my advisor Shawn told me they ordered the radio and didn’t have an ETA when it would come in but when it did they would give me a call. Two weeks went by and I didn’t get a car so I called the service department and they said they ordered the wrong one. It’s a shame I had to keep calling to check on it and no one called me to inform me the wrong part was ordered and they had the wrong number so I had to go in the vehicle and get the correct number for them to order it again. I am driving around for weeks now with a broken radio and nobody seems to care. I have lost faith in this dealership! Continue to wait. More
