Quick and Easy! This was my first dealer purchased car in almost 30 years(bought from private owners in past).Remembered that Bourne Auto Center had been recommended This was my first dealer purchased car in almost 30 years(bought from private owners in past).Remembered that Bourne Auto Center had been recommended to my daughter during her car search, last year. My husband and I, arrived with three print outs from Cargurus. All staff were smiling and quick to assist you. Our salesman, Jose, was no pressure and took the time to answer our many questions. After test driving all three, we narrowed it down to one. We took a day to compare our choices, from all dealers we visited. We returned to purchase our final choice at Bourne. Shawn, from management, made the purchase smooth and easy. We set off to pick up car, after a few things addressed and my insurance company contacted. After my paperwork reviewed and a nice surprise picture with Jose, we were able to drive off with my new “used” vehicle. Extremely happy with the whole process and service. More

Great Car Buying Experience Buying a vehicle at Bourne's was the best car buying experience i've ever had. Jose Garcia (sales associate) was very knowledgeable and laid back. W Buying a vehicle at Bourne's was the best car buying experience i've ever had. Jose Garcia (sales associate) was very knowledgeable and laid back. Within minutes he found a list of vehicles to look at within my budget. He queued them up for me "rapid fire" in terms of retrieving the vehicles from the lot and getting them in front of the sales area for me to check out and test drive. I test drove 4 or 5 models all within 45 mins or so (although i could have taken longer if i wanted). There was never any pressure or games. Once i found a car that i wanted, we were able to come to a deal quickly. The finance team was great. They went over the finance and warranty options and were really easy to work with. They had the paperwork completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Bourne's to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More
