Excellent experience buying a certified pre-owned 2015 Jetta I was looking for a reasonably priced recent model VW Jetta, and I found a listing on the Autotrader site for what looked to be a perfect match posted I was looking for a reasonably priced recent model VW Jetta, and I found a listing on the Autotrader site for what looked to be a perfect match posted by North Penn Imports for.a certified pre-owned 2015 Jetta. The posting included numerous high quality photos, and a complete list of features for the car. I used to Autotrader site’s request to contact feature to find out more information Bout the car. Shawn Shaffer emailed me back early the next morning, and I was able to get all the information I needed. Once I lined up my financing, I called Shawn again the next day, and arranged to travel up to look at the car. I live just south of Washington DC, so traveling close to 200 miles to look at a car was a leap,of faith. But it was absolutely worthwhile, the car was immaculate, I would swear it was new. Bill Kurz showed me around the car, and took me for a test drive, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the car, best sales manager I could have asked for. Jason Hartman helped me with some additional insurance coverage, and I was able to drive home to DC with a car that far exceeded my wildest expectations. The entire North Penn Imports team was friendly and professional, and the dealership was clean, modern, and comfortable. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my experience, and would highly recommend North Penn Imports to anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned VW. More

Liked the car and decided then and there that it was the one. My husband mentioned that I was interested in another brand. Bill our rep, encouraged me to test drive it. I did then came back to the Jetta. From that point, the deal was closed in a matter of a couple hours and I drove a detailed car home. Felt like I got a good value and everyone was gracious. More

Tim was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Jason at the finance department also made the process very fluid and seamless. Was not pushy in trying to push any extras and can see was genuinely trying to make sure that i had coverage for anything that i may need. I have gone thru the car buying/leasing process at least 15 times in the past 3 years and i definitely have to say that this was one of the easiest and quickest experiences i had. More
