Liked the car and decided then and there that it was the one. My husband mentioned that I was interested in another brand. Bill our rep, encouraged me to test drive it. I did then came back to the Jetta. From that point, the deal was closed in a matter of a couple hours and I drove a detailed car home. Felt like I got a good value and everyone was gracious. More

Quick and helpful response but was concerned with them not having the vehicle i was specifically looking for. I was originally planning on going to a different dealership but glad i didn't. Tim was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Jason at the finance department also made the process very fluid and seamless. Was not pushy in trying to push any extras and can see was genuinely trying to make sure that i had coverage for anything that i may need. I have gone thru the car buying/leasing process at least 15 times in the past 3 years and i definitely have to say that this was one of the easiest and quickest experiences i had. More

Once it arrived I was there to see it that day. After it was certified, inspected and detailed I went back to test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle. The car looked just like the pictures and both Greg and Shawn were very accommodating in terms of scheduling an appointment to see (any ultimately purchase) the vehicle. Greg was very nice to my friend and I and he did a great job explaining all of my cars features. He was very patient and answered all of me questions. The car buying experience that I had with Greg, Shawn and John was excellent. I highly recommend the dealership and those three employees. John even recommended a good place to get lunch afterwards :) Greg also called me after I purchased the vehicle to ask if I had any questions. I couldn't be happier with my car and would definitely make the trip to PA to buy another car from them. More
