The car looked just like the pictures and both Greg and Shawn were very accommodating in terms of scheduling an appointment to see (any ultimately purchase) the vehicle. Greg was very nice to my friend and I and he did a great job explaining all of my cars features. He was very patient and answered all of me questions. The car buying experience that I had with Greg, Shawn and John was excellent. I highly recommend the dealership and those three employees. John even recommended a good place to get lunch afterwards :) Greg also called me after I purchased the vehicle to ask if I had any questions. I couldn't be happier with my car and would definitely make the trip to PA to buy another car from them. More

Refreshing Professionalism and Just So Damned Nice! Every now and then, you just have a good day. Today was one of those days. North Penn VW met a need that was about more than buying a car. From Shawn on the initial internet queries, to Bill and Jason with sizing up my needs and wants versus what was a sound deal; to Shawn wrapping up the process without being overly aggressive or "sales guy" slick, they took care of me. The process was not that long and while I waited, I watched them take care of others. No pushy or condescending banter while at the same time really listening and connecting with people. I left knowing that it was a good deal for me. No BS or cute gimmicks, just solid service and straight talk. It was a good day not because I brought an almost brand new car. That helped, but it was nice to be treated with genuine respect and gratitude. That does not happen often anymore. Even if you do not buy an automobile from them, try them so you can know what you should be expecting from the other guy. More
