They took 2. 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. Shyla suggested that it takes longer for service of non-Honda vehicles and that I might want 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. Shyla suggested that it takes longer for service of non-Honda vehicles and that I might want to find a Nissan dealer for service. After tire rotation the car pulled to the right because they put two different tires on the left and right front. I had to pay a local tire dealer to fix the problem. More

The staff is always excellent and the service is always efficient, timely and done right the first time, and my car is always in the same condition I gave it to them… unless they wash it for me! More

What should have been a 2 hr service was nearly 5. I don’t know if it’s volume of cars that are being handled or lack of mechanics, but this was way to long in my opinion. My last service at another dealer had a full service, tire rotation, a recall update and fixed a rattle and that was 3 hrs. More

Never called to update me on the status of my car. I had to call to check both times. My car had been there since 9am and promised to be ready same day but was not and had no reason as too why it wasn I had to call to check both times. My car had been there since 9am and promised to be ready same day but was not and had no reason as too why it wasn’t done. Then Monday I once again had to call and check in the status. Upsetting that you take it to the dealership to get the “best” work done but you’re in the dark about everything. Better communication would be appreciated. But when I did interact with Shula she was great. Thanks. More
