Staff member, thinking it was too early for customers (I assume), chatted w coworkers using the words xxxxx r*tard. Not professional to say the least. Vile woman to say the most. This was not Shayla. Shayla 'merely' argued with me when I questioned policy. She took issue w my use of the word 'policy' for one thing. An unpleasant experience, Manly used to be really great. Not so much now. More

Manly Honda consistently delivers efficient service with very good communication before, during and after the service. The waiting area is quite comfortable. And the service staff are excellent t about keep very good communication before, during and after the service. The waiting area is quite comfortable. And the service staff are excellent t about keeping customers updated if there are any delays or extra interventions needed. I would consider buying another Honda simply because I trust their car care process. More

It took 4 visits and lots of worrying/ anxiety just to get a leak in my tire fixed that I notified dealership about on a maintenance appointment.
